Welcome to the Food Addiction Accelerator! I am so happy to have you here, and applaud you on your willingness to take action towards overcoming your food addiction and reclaiming your life!

In this space, you will find all the content you need for this program, including video modules and PDF's for homework. This is the safest space for you to dig deep, get real and vulnerable, and do the hard but necessary work to help you reclaim your life.

Limiting Beliefs

What we believe we become. We can want change more than anything in the world, but if we have beliefs about whether or not we can, or if we're worthy enough, it will conflict and make us feel crazy. What are your limiting beliefs that are keeping you feeling trapped?

The words we use are powerful, meaningful and create our reality whether we believe so or not. If we hear (thoughts) or say (words) enough they will become true in our minds and reflect out into our lives. What language do you use on a regular basis that may be limiting your progress and growth?

What triggers your food binges? your emotional overeating? Your yoyo eating patterns? What causes you ti slip into unruly and unwelcome behaviour that holds you back? 
Don't be afraid to also take a look at other triggers not just around food. Everything that triggers us is an opportunity for learning.

How do you identify yourself? Introvert? Hot head? Nervous, anxious, happy, controlled, organized...? Each way we describe ourselves have rules attached. In which way are those rules conflicting with each other? What identities are you hiding from? let's find out!

Where are you getting the proof to confirm your thoughts and beliefs? What areas or times of your life are you using as examples to enforce your belief system? We get proof where we look for things, so we can make ANYTHING true depending on where and how we are looking at things.

Have you ever looked in the mirror? I mean really looked? It's such a common saying - take a look in the mirror, but do you ever actually do it? This exercise is designed for you to take a look at you, without distraction, and see what comes up for you. How do you really see yourself? What blocked emotions will rise? Be sure to follow the instructions exactly and record everything that comes up!
